  1. HR Trainee DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION - We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR's responsibilities include updating and creating the HR documents, filing HR documents accordingly, coordination of HR policies and procedures and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies. HR should be able to do all the HR related documents and should be able to handle all the policies to be included. HR should be able to demonstrate excellent documentation, administrative and organizational skills. Roles and Responsibilities: . Recruitment,Training and Development Appraisal Management Onboarding and Offboarding Assisting in Payroll Employee Engagement Employee Grievances Conducting Events Policy Framing & Restructuring Rewards & Recognition Prepare HR-related reports as needed Preparing HR related documents Additional support for HR related tasks SKILLS REQUIRED - Knowledge in MS Office Knowledge in MS Excel Organizational skills The ability to work as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent administrative and organizational skills Effective communication skills WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - 0-6 Months EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - MBA in Human Resource Management
